Mr. Vukota founded Vukota Capital Management in 2010 and has 20+ years of experience in the investment industry, possessing diverse real estate investment and asset management experience. Tom was previously a Managing Director at Manulife Financial’s (parent of John Hancock) alternative asset management division where he spent 10+ years and was also head of Real Estate Private Equity. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Vermont, is a Certified Management Accountant, a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Cozza has 15+ years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking, having originated and completed numerous financing and M&A transactions. Gino was previously a Managing Director of a Canadian investment bank. Gino possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University, and MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Raskina has 30+ years of diversified experience in Public Accounting. Lloyd overseas the accounting, finance, investment reporting and risk management for Vukota Capital Management and its subsidiaries. Lloyd has extensive experience in real estate structuring, tax planning, cross border transactions and real estate investing. He was previously a senior manager of a Big 4 accounting firm, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, a Chartered Public Accountant and member of the CPA Institute of Canada.
Managing Director, Acquisitions (Multifamily)
Mr. Davine has 30+ years of experience in executing real estate acquisitions and performing asset management, particularly in the multi-family sector. Greg was previously a captive consultant to the Pauls Real Estate Opportunity Fund III where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and underwriting commercial properties for an alternative lending fund. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President at Aries Capital. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from the University of Denver.
Director, Acquisitions (Medical)
Mr. Garcia has 25+ years of experience in medical real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions and financings. Previously, Robert focused on medical real estate acquisitions and dispositions for Transwestern. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President and Board Member, responsible for real estate transactions, for Victory Healthcare, an eight campus hospital system headquartered in the Woodlands, Texas. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas, San Antonio.
Mr. Koehler brings 20+ years of experience in debt and equity finance, acquisitions, asset management, and financial modeling within a variety of industries, including; oil field services, commercial real estate, and banking. Prior to joining Vukota, Dan served as Director of Finance with Buckhorn Energy Services, a Growth phase energy services company with over $30MM in revenues. Prior to that Dan was Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Finance with CoreFirst Bank & Trust. He also served as Director of Capital Development for Real Capital Solutions, where he expanded debt and equity relationships to fund opportunistic and value-add acquisitions totaling over $350 million in capitalization. In addition, Dan acted as Vice President of finance, completing due diligence, forecasting, and budgeting for a merger of four oil and gas field service companies. Prior to that, he started his career in commercial real estate, where he was Vice President – Producer with Northmarq Capital, and Financial Strategist with Corum Real Estate Group. Overall, he has managed various aspects of over eighty transactions totaling nearly $1.0 billion in capitalization. Dan earned a BBA in Real Estate – Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Director, Asset Management
Mr. McCord has 25+ years of experience in real estate asset management, underwriting, debt structuring and financial modeling. Previously, he was a Vice President at Aimco, where he focused on asset management and value maximization of the affordable portfolio, internal lending, debt refinancing and capital markets. Dodge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
Portfolio Manager & Managing Partner
Mr. Tello has 10+ years of experience in the investment industry, possessing diverse real assets and public markets. Santiago was previously an Investment Specialist at Pictet and also ran a team in the trading floor of Morgan Stanley in London. Santiago holds a Bachelor in Economics from the Universidad de San Andres and a Master in Finance from ESADE University, he is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Director, Investor Services
Mrs. Levinsky has extensive experience working with Vukota Capital’s investors and clients, assisting with documentation, banking and fund distributions. Previously, she was Administrative Assistant to the SVP of Marketing at CIBC, Adult Social Director at a Northern Ontario resort, liaised with clients at CPA firms and worked in the credit department at TD bank. Patti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Windsor.
Director, Finance and Administration
Ms. Walker brings 15+ years of experience in the key areas of finance, administration, and offshore investment management, and holds a Master of Science from the University of Liverpool. Chavala shares our core values and goals of providing “Best in Class” service to both our internal and external stakeholder base.
Ms. Evans has experience in various legal fields, including public interest law, employment law, family law, and personal injury. In 2016, Ms. Evans graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law with a JD and Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute. In law school, Ms. Evans took an interest in real estate law and she received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest grade in Real Estate Transactions. In 2013, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated magna cum laude. Ms. Evans is licensed to practice law in California and Colorado.

Mrs. Murry has 25+ years of experience with wide array of real estate assets where she has been focused on acquisitions, divestitures of commercial and residential property transactions including foreclosed and distressed properties. Jenny’s role with Vukota Capital Management is focused on market analysis and local and international investor relations.

Mr. Suter has 15+ years of experience in the investment industry. Josh is a Managing Partner of multiple affiliated companies that currently control significant water assets along the South Platte River Basin in North-Eastern Colorado. Josh previously managed a broker dealer which specialized in niche equity and debt private placements across multiple industries, with an emphasis on real estate and water rights. Josh holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Western State University, and has held series 6, 7, 24, 39, and 63 FINRA licenses.
Vice President, Capital Markets
Ms. Miller has a prominent background in raising capital and building-out investor communication strategies for both commercial real estate investments as well as impact investing ventures. Alicia’s background includes connecting with high net worth individuals, family offices, endowments, wealth management firms, and private equity firms. She currently sits on the board for the Executive Women’s Summit and earned her B.A. in communication studies from University of North Texas.
Vice President, Investments
Mr. Valicek has 14+ years of experience in the investment industry as an investment and credit analyst. Michael was previously an Equity Analyst at Veritas Investment Research. Prior to that, he held investment and credit analyst positions at Acuity Investment Management and CIBC. Michael holds an Honors Economics and Business degree from York University, is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute.
Quantitative Trading Data Analyst
Mr. Vukota brings 20+ years of experience as an IT professional and software solutions developer. Prior to joining Vukota Capital, Dan managed various projects in the retail industry, focusing on data processing architecture, programming design and business reporting. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Statistics from Concordia University. He is passionate about data transformation solutions and is focused on programming, testing, and quantifying trading strategies to support the firm’s public markets business.
Mrs. Roibu has extensive accounting experience in the real estate industry including residential, commercial, fund and mortgage asset management. Previously, Ana was overseeing reporting for a medical office building portfolio in Los Angeles, CA. She holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from Park University in Parkville, MO. Ana is an Enrolled Agent, a federally authorized tax practitioner, and specializes in partnership/LLC, pass-through and corporate taxation.
Mr. Yoder manages the initial underwriting of investment opportunities along with assisting in tracking portfolio performance and providing detailed support to the property management team. Hank has previous experience in founding and operating a successful small business and in conducting site analysis for a residential development firm. Hank earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and a Real Estate Certificate from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Mr. Safranek assists the acquisition team with market research and underwriting for potential investments. Marcus graduated from Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a Real Estate Certificate. Marcus is passionate about real estate and previously worked in Boulder a with a firm focused on property development and senior living.
Marketing Coordinator & Office Manager
Ms. Son has over 4 years of professional marketing experience. Sophany previously was the Administrative and Marketing Assistant for a small business, where she was responsible for creating, implementing and designing marketing campaigns. She graduated from the University of Denver in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a minor in Marketing.
